"China Modal" fiber is a new kind of regenerated cellulose fiber
It's key advantage is its high tensile strength. Compare with Viscose,
its wet/dry tenacity is 1.5 times higher. Due to its high quality
fiber, the result yarn is also higher quality. The definition
stipulates minimum values concerning the wet modules and fiber
resistance on fiber state "China Modal" fiber satisfies these
requirements. "China Modal" is a green fiber. The solvent used during
"China Modal" production process is easily recycled without any
contamination, since it is extracted from wood.
It has advantages such as: -Environmentally safety at all stages of
the production process and is easily biodegradable
-High tenacity, especially in wet condition
-Easily dryable and good hygroscopic properties
-Smooth feeling, good dimensions
